US Bank - our service for Depositing
We use the services at US Bank for our Lockbox feature:
An account is set up for you with a PO Box that is managed by the bank. The payors and patients send payments to this PO Box, very similar to most utility companies, and the payments are immediately deposited into your account. The images are then imported into our system for us to process. No need for your staff to have to open the mail, stamp the back of the checks, make daily deposits at the bank and then scan them into our system. A great time saving feature.
